Location
On the lateral edge of the little toe, near the corner of the toenail.
Needling
Superficially, 0.1 cun; moxibustion is more commonly used.
Functions
dispels the wind, clears the mind and eyes corrects the fetal position (manipulation)
Indications
headache, stuffy nose abnormal fetal position (moxa, under medical supervision)
Contraindications
⚠️ Contraindicated during pregnancy ⚠️ Acupuncture is contraindicated during pregnancy; fetal version should only be performed using heat therapy under the supervision of a specialist
