It strongly exfoliates the skin's surface and induces sweating expands the lungs, relieves shortness of breath
Indications
A cold caused by wind and cold without sweating: chills, body aches, shortness of breath
Contraindications

Notes
A powerful sweat-inducing formula for use in cold, windy weather without sweating. Because it contains ephedra, it requires medical supervision and should not be used in hot weather or by people with high blood pressure. Preparation: Boil the ma-huang first, skim off the foam, then add the rest; drink while warm.
