Phlegm is a pathological accumulation of congealed Body Fluids arising when the Spleen, Lung, or Kidney fail to transform and move fluids properly. It can be substantial (as in mucus) or non-substantial, lodging in the channels and Organs to cause lumps, dizziness, or mental clouding.
