Functions

Indications
asthma and a cough with phlegm white frequent urination, incontinence
Contraindications
a large number of seeds (risk of poisoning) ⚠️ When raw and consumed in large quantities, they are toxic (ginkgotoxin—seizures, especially in children); limit the number of seeds and be sure to cook them

Toxic in excess. Cooked ginkgo seeds have an astringent effect on the lungs and help relieve asthma; when eaten raw and in large quantities, they are dangerous, especially for children.
