Description
Depletion of Lung Yin leaves the Lungs dry and unmoistened, producing a dry, unproductive cough, a dry throat and signs of empty (deficiency) heat.

dry cough with little or no sputum, or scanty sticky sputum dry mouth and throat, hoarse voice tidal (afternoon) heat and night sweats five-centre heat, malar flush in chronic cases, weight loss
