Description
Depleted Stomach Yin can no longer moisten the Stomach or send its Qi downward, producing dryness and a hungry-but-not-hungry sensation with empty heat.
Symptoms
dry mouth and throat, worse in the afternoon hunger with no desire to eat, or eating only a little epigastric discomfort or a dull, empty burning dry stools or constipation dry retching or hiccups low-grade afternoon heat
