Tea
Winter West Lake Dragon Well (Longjing)
A small batch production of West Lake Dragon Well tea from this winter season based on the highest grade picking standard (1 bud and 1-2 leaf buds). Notably, it features a silky flavour of edamame beans and a honeyed, floral bouquet with subtle undertones of milk and citrus. What's more, this refined green tea is picked in October. Above all, due to the low winter temperatures, the leaf buds grow slowly and accumulate lots of nutritions. Notably, in comparison to the spring harvest, the tea leaves also exhibit a richer, darker green hue.
