Huang Zhi Xiang Dan Cong Oolong Tea
The leaves of this Huang Zhi Xiang are harvested from large and old trees, which are packed with lots of taste. This light-medium roasted Dancong oolong steeps a dark orange tea soup with a full-bodied, complex hints of wood, yellow gardenia flowers, and licorice. Above all, due to its wonderful complex and layered flavours we highly recommend to steep this tea in a gaiwan or small teapot. Use 5-6g of tea, and apply a short steeping time of 5 seconds with 100-150ml of water. In fact, you may gradually increase the steeping time according to flavour.
