Phoenix Dan Cong Tea Tasting - Friday 17th FEB at 3:30pm
Date: Friday 17th February 2023 at 3:30pm - 5:30pm Location: in the shop Phoenix Dan Cong is one of the Oolong Tea from Chaozhou, Guangdong Province. In fact, the tea is renowned for its overwhelming fruity character and super flower undertones. As a result, the name of various Phoenix Dan Cong oolongs was giving based on the flavour of tea leaves made from its original tree. As a result, the varieties of taste are almost as many as the number of tea trees on the mountain. During this tasting, we will have four different Phoenix Dan Cong teas, two of them are new teas I have ever stocked, you will experience how they are different in varieties of taste but also what the true character of being a real Dan Cong (means tea is made from a single tree). This tasting session: Old Bush Honey & Orchid 老丛蜜兰香 Single Bush Song Zhong 宋种 Man Tang Fragrance 满堂香 Pomelo Flower Fragrance 柚花香 There are only 4 spaces available for this tasting session, so BOOK it early.
