In fact, these rare teas are not part of our regular collection and were specially sourced for this event by Juyan’s esteemed tea expert friend from China, Mr. Shu Song . Above all, during this tasting session, we will introduce both a young and an aged Sheng Pu-erh, highlighting the unique characteristics shaped by their terroir and the natural aging process. These elements combine to create the distinctive complexity and evolving profiles that make raw Pu-erh so fascinating. In fact, for Shu Pu-erh, we will focus on the craftsmanship of Mr. Zou Bingliang, a pioneering figure widely recognised for creating the very first batches of Shu Pu-erh tea.
